Jeannie Eun Kyung Cho, Associate Judge of the District Court of Maryland in Montgomery County has recently been elevated to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County by Governor Hogan.  Judge Cho was a former Assistant State's Attorney and transitioned into private practice where she handled criminal and civil cases.  In August 2012, Judge Cho was appointed to the District Court bench where she presided over criminal, civil, and landlord-tenant matters.  Judge Cho has been an active member of APABA-MD since 2002, once serving as vice-president, and she continues to lend her support.  APABA-MD congratulates Judge Cho for her elevation to the Circuit Court bench.
